Bayer: sales running 26% +, profit drops

The Bayer Group, in the third quarter of the 'current year has increased its turnover by 26% bringing it to 7.783 billion euros, after 6.177 billion euros recorded in the corresponding period of the' previous year. ¨ Net income fell from 493 million to 320 million euros. After adjusting for the effects overtime, the EBITDA (before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) recorded an increase of 38.5% to 1.505 billion euros.
