Alitalia, the ready group: Banca Intesa with M & C Air One

Still no official news. Until the government puts the conditions of the tender notice no one will admit publicly that they are interested in Alitalia.

The interest pear ² large private groups to restore a company like Alitalia is great. If I fall on the last constraint to employment that had been imagined by some forces of government interest that will be real and concrete.

From some sources we know that in Milan, in banking circles, are already studying the idea of an Italian consortium can be realized but with a foreign partner. Among the Italians have affected the group led by Capital Management & Carlo De Benedetti, but also includes other large employers such as Della Valle and Nerio Alessandri, and Banca Intesa. It speaks of Air One as foreign partner.
