E. On reversed Endesa with Enel

It seems that there is the intention of the Germans to respect the agreements made with Enel with respect to Endesa Italy. Peace between the two groups had in fact been conditional, inter alia, with ASM Brescia Italian assets of 'the Spanish utility. This solution does not meet the pear ² German group, which hopes to convince the leaders of the municipal Brescia to accept them as industrial partners. We read some rumors to the press, which Asm Brescia would point instead to enhance the share in Endesa Italy, currently at 20%, intimidated by the possibility that the Germans did not leave spaces. These in fact have already rejected the demands of 'utility Lombard forthcoming marriage with AEM, to bring in Brescia about 1500 megawatts of power generation. The timing, however, are not close and they will have all summer to find a satisfactory agreement for both, pua ² be that, with the autumn winds will change.
