Enel: relies on certain conditions of the CNE

Yesterday Enel and Acciona SA, through Enel Energy Europe Srl, lodged an appeal on certain conditions imposed by the Commission for Energy of Spain (CNE) on 4 July 2007. The conditions allowed ada Enel and Acciona SA to acquire shares of Endesa by launching a public offering, but the two companies did not consider it appropriate and such conditions have brought their own yesterday.
The consequences of the administrative appeal does not affect in any way on the conduct of 'public offer by Enel and Acciona SA. At least until the two companies faithfully observe all the conditions imposed by CNE.
