Alitalia, Intesa Sanpaolo may participate with a minority

Intesa Sanpaolo made it known in a statement that "Ã ¨ to study" the feasibility of a project which provides for "combination" to include AirOne with Alitalia through a share capital of the bank in Milan, led by Corrado Passera, the group of Carlo Toto, the AP Holding Holding of AirOne. The project plans to participate in Alitalia with a minority stake. The statement issued by Intesa Sanpaolo, in response to the demands of Consob, specifies that the bank "is contributing to the feasibility study of a project concerning the business combination between Alitalia and Air One, which will be considered on time with the vendor" and also states that the project will also involve participation in the capital by a minority. The participation with a minority stake in the capital, could also be specially made with other companies, if not with the AP Holding.
