
Davide Serra, one of two founders of Algebris, announced that his company has plans to meet in the next two to three weeks, all shareholders of Generali. These are the words of Serra: "We have not met any person present at the General Board, but we aim to meet all the principal shareholders in the next two to three weeks." The founder of Algebris has also reported receiving numerous requests for meetings and when asked if they would also contacted the Bank of Italy, a shareholder of Leon with 4.46%, responded: "All means all shareholders."
